Return and Refund Policy
Any opened packs cannot be retured. Any packs damaged in shipping may be returned if the fault is with our services and not those of Australia Post. Please report any damage from shipping to JiuGo. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact JiuGo immediately and a representative will help resolve the issue.
Shipping will be caculated automatically. Packs are shipped through Australia Post and standard policy applies. JiuGo cannot held liable for packs lost while in the care of Australia Post.
